Bedtime reading: you're welcome

The You're Welcome quality criteria have now been published and the first tranche of services to successfully complete the You're Welcome exercise and become entitled to display the national You're Welcome quality mark were announced on 31 March 2009. The You're Welcome self assessment toolkit has been designed to enable service providers and commissioners to see what to do to be "young people friendly" and more appropriate to the needs of young people - as detailed in the quality criteria.
